What's a Gifted Family Venture?
Every family venture bears a family resemblance. Whether it's a business, a nonprofit, or ministry venture run by your family, it will have the unique fingerprint of your family all over it - that's part of what makes it special.
But's here's the question. Will it also resemble Father God's family? Will people experience His character, his heart - does your family venture introduce Jesus to people.?
And if you are leaning into the unique way that He has gifted you - each member of your team - then people will experience what His family looks like. And they'll want to be a part.
A gifted family venture brings not only the unique personality of your family into the marketplace, but by understanding the unique gifts He's given you - they'll see Him shine through, too.

Why do we use the word "gifts"?
Understanding and leaning into our gifts is the Biblical path that opens the doors for leadership and impact.
Proverbs tells us that using our “gift will make room for us” (18:16). When you understand your gift it will help pave the way for your future in the business as a leader.
Getting clear about how you are gifted, and how your gift interacts and helps others in the company is a key to both leadership, team development and making an impact wherever you work. Teams and companies function best when the contribution of each person is understood, respected, and received.
