Why do we use the word "gifts"?
Understanding and leaning into our gifts is the Biblical path that opens the doors for leadership and impact.
Proverbs tells us that using our “gift will make room for us” (18:16). When you understand your gift it will help pave the way for your future in the business as a leader.
Getting clear about how you are gifted, and how your gift interacts and helps others in the company is a key to both leadership, team development and making an impact wherever you work. Teams and companies function best when the contribution of each person is understood, respected, and received. By understanding and leaning into your gifts you not only gain confidence, but you build the mature ability to understand and lead others.
